Spruce Point waterfront home on 2 acres of property with 300′ of ocean shoreline, including a small beach area, and only a 5 minute walk to the famous Spruce Point Inn where guests are entitled to the use of all amenities! https://www.sprucepointinn.com/ The 4 bedroom home offers plenty of space for family and room to explore and gaze to the ocean as boats pass by. There’s a table and chairs at the water’s edge for afternoon cocktails or morning coffee. Or, just lie in the hammock and listen to the waves lapping the shoreline while an occasional lobster boat hauls up traps in your front yard! A set of linens and (2)sets of towels per person are provided. A washer and dryer is available in the basement. Although, generally not needed because the sea breeze keeps temps cooler at our house, there is a 5 zone heat pump with A/C. Separate controls for units in both upstairs BRs, one downstairs BR, LR, and DR. For, summer cookouts, there is a 4 burner Weber gas grill with separate warmer.
