Seaside Leisure is a spacious cottage with ocean views throughout, facing Potts Point Harbor. This fabulous family home is uniquely located in the only active colony left in the state of Maine. The history of this community is quite special. Families have vacationed together here since the late 1800’s. The Colony has several shared facilities including a swimming pool, beach access for kayaking and swimming, a clay tennis court, two large fields for outside activities, a play area for children, a recreation hall, and a private Dining Hall. The Dining Hall serves fabulous food 4 nights per week, along with a Sunday brunch. (A Dining Hall minimum is a requirement for staying in the Auburn Colony). Chef prepared meals, waitstaff, BYOB. You would never have to leave the peninsula, but if you need to go to town, it’s just 20 minutes away!!
